FloodKids is the place for all kids 0-5th grade at the 9 and 11am worship gatherings.
What can I expect…
If it’s my first time?
You will be greeted, under our FK Visitors tent, by someone who will tell you everything you need to know about our ministry and take you and your kids to their class, answer any questions, and do their best to make you and your kids feel comfortable on your first visit.
From a volunteer?
Someone who has been background checked, interviewed and referenced checked.
Someone who has been trained to love your child like Jesus would
The Nursery: (0 months to walking)
*You can bring your baby whenever you feel comfortable.
*You can stay with your baby the first time if that is best for you
*Your child will be loved, fed, diaper changed and have a fun play time while you are attending Flood.
*You will be given a claim check, so if we need you for anything, your number will come up on the screen.
The Walkers: (walking-2 years old)
*Separation anxiety. This is the age, where kids have a difficult time leaving their mommy or daddy behind.
*Fun! The time in the Walkers begins with fun activities.
*Worship! We love to sing songs about Jesus and loving others.
*Bible time: every Sunday we learn a new story about Jesus and the Bible.
*Movement: we spend time outside with bubbles, balls and bunches of fun.
*Snack: we do serve your child a snack, so if they have any allergies, please let us know.
Aquarium: (3-5 years old)
*Hands on activities, as the kids enter, such as blocks, dress up, trains, cars and books.
*Worship! We love to sing songs in the Aquarium and do fun motions while praising Jesus.
*Bible time: our teachers or special friends (puppets) come and tell us exciting stories from the Bible.
*Craft: we follow up our story, with a craft to take home so we can talk to mom and dad about what we learned.
*Special words: every Sunday we learn special words, so we can remember the story throughout the week.
*Snack: a fun snack is served, so if your child has allergies, please inform the teacher, when you drop off your child.
Elementary: (K-5th grade)
*WORSHIP! We come together to worship with the Floodkids band!
*BIBLE! After worship we break out into our different grades and learn about God through hands on activities, games, skits, stories and more!
*FRIENDS! Community is built as kids get a chance to meet other friends.
See you at our Next Frippleville in Fall 2010 (10:30am)
The entire family will have a blast encountering God together! Come participate in singing, games, drama and more as a FAMILY. Frippleville is designed to give parents tools to help their family encounter God together. The 1st Sunday of the month after the 9am gathering. Hope to see you there!
